Located in a redevelopment of an old farm, this first floor apartment provides spacious and stylish accommodation having been designed and equipped to a high standard, this property provides an excellent base for a winter or summer holiday for families or groups of friends.
Spread over three floors with a large practical entrance hallway and a bedroom on the lower floor, the living space and another bedroom are on the middle floor and a master suite is privately located on the top floor.
The main living area is open plan with a sliding door leading to a small private balcony terrace with local mountain views, the kitchen is modern with a full-sized hob and oven, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and everything needed to cater for 8 people.
A large L-shaped sofa zones the living space which has a Smart TV and Orange TV for lots of entertainment and is perfect for relaxing together at the end of a long day on the mountain. The dining area is on a split level section which makes for an intimate atmosphere, the table comfortably fits 8 people
All of our rentals include bed linen and a towel set per person (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel), beds are made in advance to your requirements *must be specified at the time of booking*
Lower floor:-
Bedroom 3: Light and bright twin bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be set as a king size bed if required), feature wood walls, clothes storage and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features shower cubicle with rain head shower, vanity sink unit and toilet.
Middle floor:-
Bedroom 2: Off the living area is a large bunk room with built in refuge style beds to sleep up to 4 people. Comfortable and full size singles, these beds have been created making them suitable for children or adults to sleep in. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with shower and sink vanity unit.
WC: Located just off the kitchen area
Laundry Room: Just next to the kitchen is a utility room with combined washer / dryer.
Upper floor:-
Master Bedroom: A very spacious room to relax in with a king size bed and a place to wake up to views of the local mountains. The room also benefits from a TV, clothing storage and large en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with shower cubicle, sink vanity and toilet.
Ski Locker: Located within the building the apartment also has access to 2 private ski storage lockers with boot warmers for 8 people.
Parking: There are 2 allocated exterior parking spaces in the car park.

Solitaire is located in the beautiful old sector of Morzine, close to the historical church and the Dranse river. This is a highly sought after rental location close enough to the town to be short walking distance the bars, restaurants shops (under 5 minutes on foot), but nicely tucked away from the late night noise. The free ski bus stop just under 1 minute away on foot with regular buses serving the main ski lift stations in town, and another stop a 2 minute stroll in the other direction that will take you quickly up to the other lifts in the area such as Prodains which takes you straight into the heart of Avoriaz.
The apartment is soooo loveley and we loved it! Beautifully clean and the kitchen facilities were terrific. Superb location. The girls adored the bunk room. Beds are soooo cosy. Expect you will get lots of repeat bookings for this place – us being one of them. Our new fave!
