A new build 2 bedroom apartment of 63 m2 located just a short walk away from Morzine’s town centre and main ski lifts, the apartment is also close to a large supermarket. Furnished to a high contemporary standard with a large master en-suite and second bedroom sleeping up to 4 people in total. A good sized garden/terrace with a large dining table for evenings al fresco. This trendy apartment offers convenience and relaxing comfort for a winter or summer holiday.
With attention paid to all the details to create a well-equipped holiday retreat the accommodation offers an open plan living space with a good size modern kitchen, full size oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and fondue & raclette sets.
There is a central dining table with seating for up to 6 people.
The lounge area also has large wall mounted Smart TV with British and French TV channels available. There is a stylish three seat sofa and two very modern comfy chairs. Perfect for relaxing in after a busy day in the mountains!
All of our rentals include bed linen and a towel set per person (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel), beds are made in advance to your requirements *must be specified at the time of booking*
Master bedroom: King-size bed (or twin single beds), it has a large bright window with mountain views, wall mounted Smart TV. This bedroom also benefits from a built in wardrobe and its own en-suite bathroom with vanity unit, sink & large walk in shower
Bedroom 2: Usually set up with twin single beds but can be set up a king bed if preferred. Built in wardrobe storage and a window with local mountain views complete the room.
Family bathroom: Located off the living area it has a large shower cubicle, sink & vanity unit. There is a separate WC located next to this bathroom.
Terrace: An outside terrace (11 m2) is accessed off the living area via double sliding doors and benefits from outside seating with local mountain views and it leads to a small private garden (36 m2).
Parking: Space for 1 car is available in a private lockable garage located within the communal garage complex under the building. The garage is also used for bike storage.
Ski and snowboard storage is provided in a private ski locker located near the entrance to the main building, plus there is a cave with heated boot warmers to keep your ski boots nice & toasty.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the main building and can be accessed via stairs of lift.
Located on Route de la Plagne walking distance from Morzine town centre, and the shops & lifts. Also very close to a super market, the medical centre and the bus stop for the ‘U route’ bus service that runs free of charge in the summer and winter holiday seasons.
