Property Description
With some of the best views of Morzine, Apartment Louhat is a recently modernised, sunny south-facing apartment which is ideal for friends or family. Ideal for both a winter or summer holiday with the free bus stopping right outside the building.
The interior of Apartment Louhat is bright and airy with an open plan living, the kitchen area is new with a full size oven & hob, a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all the equipment required for your stay.
There are two comfy sofas arranged around the dining table to make for a very sociable area, but you can also sit back and watch the Smart TV or just chill with a good book in the leather butterfly chair.
All of our rentals include bed linen and a towel set per person (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel), beds are made in advance to your requirements *must be specified at the time of booking*
Master bedroom: A very bright bedroom which can be set up as a double or twin beds (please specify preference at point of booking). Soak in the stunning mountains views in the morning with a floor to ceiling window, a door leads out on to the balcony.
Bedroom 2: Is located just off the lounge/kitchen area, this room can be set up as double or twin beds (please specify preference at point of booking). It also has a built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Is a bunk room located off the entrance hallway, the beds are a standard single size.
Bathroom: Centrally placed is a newly fitted bathroom suite with shower, toilet, sink & heated towel rail. There is also a washing machine hidden away in it’s own cupboard within the bathroom
WC: A separate WC is also available with a small sink.
Private Storage: A secure ski locker/bike storage cave is located on the floor below the apartment.
Parking: Space is not allocated outside the front of the building and therefore we recommend only one car is parked at any time.

Morzine
The apartment is a 12 minute walk from the centre of Morzine. There is a bus stop right outside which will take you into town and to the Super-Morzine telecabin, or take a five minute walk to another bus stop to reach the Prodains Cable car which takes you straight into the heart of Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil ski area. There is also a café and a gym on the doorstep.
