Property Description

The Lair apartment from Mountain Xtra comfortably sleeps up to 8 people in the 4 bedrooms consisting of 2 double rooms, 1 twin room and 1 bunk room. The open plan lounge is bright contemporary and spacious with plenty of sofa space and dining seating for everyone.

A modern and functional kitchen with a full size oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and full size fridge freezer. Plus there is a washing machine as we know this is often a must for many families when on holiday.

The building itself was completely renovated recently and has a new modern and stylish feel to it. There is a good size private cave located on the ground floor for storing your skis and snowboards or bikes in summer. The main entrance door is security locked and can only be accessed with your apartment key that is supplied on arrival.

Two private allocated parking spaces are available with this apartment . One is under cover of the abri in the car park.

Ski in / out *conditions permitting. This apartment is located to the left of the Pleney next to the Atray slope and drag lift. When conditions permit it is possible to ski back to within 50 meters of the building, or to catch the drag lift and traverse over to the Pleney lift.

The lair apartment is also located on the edge of the town centre making it only a 5 minute walk to get to all the shops, tourist office,  ski lifts, bars, restaurants, super markets etc. Plus only a two minute walk from the bus stop, where in the main holiday seasons the buses are completely free making getting around town or even to the Prodains / Avoriaz / Nyon or Ardents ski lift stations even easier.

This Morzine apartment next to the Atray piste / ski lift on the Pleney side of Morzine. It is perfectly located as it is a short walk to the tourist office, shops, ski lifts and restaurants and round the corner from the free bus stop.
