Comfortable 3 bedroom accommodation with open plan living, fitted kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
Profit from a very large sunny balcony with incredible mountain views; the balcony has a table and chairs to make the most of the sunny aspect.
The apartment offers open plan living, the living area is stylish with a lounge area to relax and unwind in after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob, large fridge, washing machine/ tumble dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need to make catering in the apartment enjoyable. The dining table to comfortably seats 6 people.
All of our rentals include bed linen and a towel set per person (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel), beds are made in advance to your requirements *must be specified at the time of booking*
Bedroom 1: Can be set as a twin room or a double with a super-king bed, it has built in storage, a smart TV and door leading to the balcony.
Bedroom 2: With double bed and mountain views.
Bedroom 3: Can be set as as a twin room or a double king-size, it has built in storage and mountain views.
Bathroom 1: With large shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet.
Bathroom 2: With bath, shower over bath vanity unit and toilet.
Parking: The apartment also benefits from 2 parking spaces (1 exterior space and 1 allocated space in a garage, height restriction of 2.1m) The interior car parking space can also be used for bike storage using a safety chain to secure the bikes.
At the building entrance there is a secure private ski locker.
Please note that walking access to the apartment building is via a stepped foot path which is maintained and cleared of snow during the winter months, uncovered parking is available at the front of the building. Talk to us if you need to have easy access for young children or people with mobility problems before booking.

Located just a 5 minute walk from the Super Morzine lift and the town center, plus it’s glorious south facing aspect makes apartment Belle Balcon the perfect base for a winter or summer self catered holiday.
It was just as shown in the photos and was nicely decorated and in great condition. The view from the windows was stunning and you can watch the Super Morzine gondola ride past the house.
