Aquariaz – Swimming pools in Morzine Avoriaz

With the opening paragraph reading “Welcome to Paradise” you know you’re in for a treat this Winter.

Aquariaz opened it’s doors a few years ago now, but it’s still not on the radar for most tourists. It’s an absolute gem! Especially for the family.

Avoriaz’s opening gambit for Aquariaz is ‘Welcome to Paradise’ and while it’s certainly no luxury spa, it does offer great fun for those white-out days. As you float through the river, you pass lush vegetation and rocks, catching a glimpse of the ‘slidewinder’ (think of an aquatic halfpipe). Here you will catch kids of all ages (inc those big kids AKA ‘Dad’) swaying from side-to-side. There’s also a paddling pool for the younger ones, a large pool with climbing wall and saving the best till last – the open-air spa (heated to 34degrees).

This is a great family day out, right in the heart of Avoriaz and one that you really shouldn’t miss.
