Bedroom 1: A huge bedroom with a super king size bed which, if required, can be separated into two singles for a twin room. Storage is provided by large a wardrobe. This room also has a pull out trunkle bed (only suitable for up to 2 children, please ask before booking) which means it can be turned into a family bedroom with the flexibility of sleeping up to 2 extra children.  There is a TV with giant bean bags next to the sofa to make a really fun space to relax.

Bedroom 2: Another large bedroom with a super king size bed which can also be separated into 2 singles if required and a wardrobe for storage, this room has access to a small private balcony with two chairs, perfect for a morning coffee.

Bathroom 1: A large bathroom with a walk in shower, a toilet and a sink with vanity unit and large towel radiator.

Bathroom 2: Another large bathroom with a bath and shower head over it, a toilet and a sink with vanity unit and large towel radiator.

Bedroom 3: A good sized bed room with a king size bed, with a large wardrobe for storage and views over Morzine and local peaks.

Bedroom 4: Located on the living room level of the apartment this is a further spacious bedroom with twin beds that can create a super king bed if required. Storage is provided by a large built in wardrobe.

Bathroom 3: Located on the living room room level of the apartment – a modern fitted bathroom with shower, wc and sink vanity.

All of our rentals include bed linen and a towel set per person (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel), beds are made in advance to your requirements *must be specified at the time of booking*

Ski Storage: Boots can be stored in the utility room which is just on the left of the main apartment entrance door. There are boot warmers in this room so you can wake up to dry and warm boots in the morning. A seperate ski locker is provided at basement level to store skis and snowboards.

Bike Storage: Bikes can be stored securely in the private lockable garage.

Parking: Private parking is available in a dedicated garage with its own door. This is located underground below the apartment block in a shared parking area.

Access – The apartment is in a convenient location just a short walk (8 minutes) from Morzine town and just a short walk from a bus stop serviced by the free U bus route which runs in summer and winter to the main lift stations of Super Morzine and Pleney. This means that during your winter or summer holiday you can access all of the main lift stations without needing a car.
