Spacious brand new build apartment, comfortable and stylish with attention paid to all the details that make a relaxing holiday experience. Open plan living, kitchen and dining area leading to a large flat garden with local mountain views. Easy access to Morzine and Ardent ski lift via local free bus during the winter and summer seasons.
You enter the apartment into the open plan living area. A comfortable bright space with large sliding doors leading to the garden.
The living area comprises modern fitted kitchen with full size hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
Large dining table to comfortably sit 8 people.
Relaxing lounge area with large L shape sofa and arm chairs. Entertainment provided by Smart TV with English and French TV channels. Large sliding doors lead from the lounge area directly onto the terrace and garden.
All of our rentals include bed linen and a towel set per person (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel), beds are made in advance to your requirements *must be specified at the time of booking*
Master bedroom: Large spacious en-suite master bedroom with king-size bed, sliding doors to the garden, built in storage and a separated WC and shower room.
Bedroom 2: Bright modern room with comfy king-size bed and garden views
Bedroom 3: Large room to sleep up to 4 people with bespoke ‘bunk bed’ system and built in storage. There is also a further TV in this room with UK channels. This is the perfect room for children to hang out in! This bedroom also benefits from a large en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over bath sink vanity and toilet.
Family Bathroom: located opposite bedroom 2 with walk in shower, sink vanity and toilet.
Utility Room: From the main door into the apartment there is also built in storage for coats to the left and a handy utility room with washing machine, dryer and sink.
In the winter there is a private ski storage locker with heated boot warmers – located on the same level as the apartment.
Parking: provided via a private garage unit in the basement garage of the apartment building. This is height restricted. Secure bike storage also provided in the garage.

Montriond, Morzine
Montriond is a small village located just outside of Morzine. The village bosts some great facilities with a local shop and tabac along with the Marmotte D’or bar and restaurant, L’Rocher restaurant for pizza and a traditional auberge. There is also a tourist office.
Montriond is well linked to Morzine and Ardent (for direct access to Lindarets & Avoriaz) during the summer and winter seasons via free public bus. Or drive to Ardent and Morzine within 5 minutes.
Very nice apartment, modern, bright and very well equipped. Recommend it!
