Property Description

The property has it’s own private entrance on the ground floor and although it is an apartment it feels like an independent chalet due to being spread over 3 floors, it also has an ‘upside-down’ configuration with the bedrooms being split over the ground floor and middle floor, the bright open-plan living space is on the top floor and leads out to a roof terrace with plenty of space for outside dining and built in cushioned seats in the terrace wall which easily seats up to 10 people, thre’s also a 4-burner gas barbeque (summer use only), a drinks fridge and hot tub, perfect for dining al fresco or simply relaxing at the end of an active day, it’s a great spot to take in the local vista from north to south.

The open-plan living space features an incredible heated glass atrium and wood burner for cozy winters evenings. There is a modern fitted kitchen complete with full size oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, both Nespresso and bean-to-cup coffee machines, and high quality crockery, glass wear and utensils.

The dining area includes the most unique table that converts easily after you’ve finished eating into a quality 6ft pool table for evening fun. In the atrium you will find a comfortable corner sofa to relax and unwind in with a smart TV and UK and French TV channels. The property is also fitted with Sonos interactive speakers throughout the living spaces and has internet coverage everywhere.

The property also offers an ‘espace détente’, this is an area of calm furnished with comfy armchairs and large windows onto a balcony, the perfect place to sit and read or sip wine and reflect on the day.

La Morz’na can sleep up to 8 people across 4 individually styled en-suite bedrooms.

All of our rentals include bed linen and a towel set per person (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel), beds are made in advance to your requirements *must be specified at the time of booking*

Dressing gowns for the hot tub are also included for your comfort.

Lower floor:

Entrance and WC: The property is accessed at street level, the entrance hallway has a WC and a plenty of space for coats, shoes and bags.

Bedrooms 3&4: Both are large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with large shower units, a toilet and a large sink with vanity unit, they can be configured as twin beds or a super-king.

Middle floor:

Relaxation Space: The large landing on this floor has been thoughtfully designed to offer a place to unwind, it also has it’s own private balcony to sit and take in the air.

Chambre Principale: A generous bedroom with high vaulted ceilings and wrap around windows, the en-suite bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle with rain head shower, a vanity sink unit and toilet. This can be configured as a twin or superk-king bedroom.

Bedroom 2: Also with a high vaulted ceiling this is a large room with it’s own en-suite with a large shower cubicle, sink with vanity unit and a toilet. This room can be either twin or super-king.

Top floor:

Living/Dining Space: A large and well thought out space with open-plan kitchen and dining area, the living space leads straight out to the terrace through a sliding door offering a great inside/outside feel.

Utility Cupboard: Just off the kitchen is a convenient utility cupboard with a separate washing machine and dryer.

Parking: 2 allocated spaces are available (1 covered, 1 uncovered) and are located to the rear of the building, in this area there is also a private lockable storage area for ski equipment featuring boot warmers. This room is also usable in the summer to secure your bikes away.


Property Location

Morzine

Located in the beautiful old part next to the Dranse river, close enough to the town to be amongst the bars, restaurants shops within 5 minutes on foot, but away from the late night noise. Free ski bus stop just under 1 minute away on foot with regular buses serving the main ski lift stations in town, and another stop a 2 minute stroll in the other direction that will take you quickly up to the other lifts in the area.
