Property Description

Spread over 3 floors with an incredible roof terrace featuring a hot tub and outdoor dining facilities, this property can sleep up to 8 people across 4 individually styled en-suite bedrooms.

The apartment is accessed via a private entrance on the ground floor. On this level you will find 2 comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a house toilet, plenty of storage for coats and shoes, and an understairs area for bags.

Following the stairs up to the first floor you enter into the ‘espace détente’, an area of calm furnished with comfy armchairs and large windows onto a balcony. The perfect place to sit and read or sip wine and reflect on the day.

On the first floor there are also 2 further generous bedrooms with high vaulted ceilings, large windows and en-suite bathrooms. All the  bathrooms in the property have spacious shower cubicles with rain head showers, vanity sink units and toilets.

Each bedroom features zip and link beds so can be arranged as twin rooms or set as super king beds depending on your requirements. High quality Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels are provided along with complimentary toiletries. Dressing gowns and towels for the hot tub are also included for your comfort.

On the top floor you walk into an open plan kitchen/living/dining area featuring an incredible heated glass atrium and wood burner for cozy winters evenings. To the left is a modern fitted kitchen complete with full size oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, both nespresso and bean to cup coffee machines, and high quality crockery, glass wear and utensils.

The dining area includes the most unique table that converts easily after you’ve finished eating into a quality 6ft pool table for evening entertainment. In the atrium you will find a comfortable corner sofa to relax and unwind in, and a large flat screen smart TV with UK and French TV channels and Netflix. The property is also fitted with Sonos interactive speakers throughout the living spaces and has internet coverage everywhere.

The large roof terrace is accessed via the atrium. It’s the perfect spot to sit and relax in the spa style hot tub taking in the local vista from north to south, or to dine al fresco in the summer or just to sit and take in the wonderful views at any time of year.

In the summer it really does makes a perfect outside space in which to entertain, with built in cushioned seats in the terrace wall, a hand crafted wooden table capable of easily seating 10 people, and an outdoor cooking area with a 4-burner gas BBQ and a drinks fridge.

The property also includes a utility room with washer/dryer. Parking for 2 cars in allocated spaces ( 1 covered, 1 uncovered), at the rear of which there is a private lockable storage area for ski equipment featuring boot warmers. This room is also useable in the summer to secure your bikes away.

Located in the beautiful old part next to the Dranse river, close enough to the town to be amongst the bars, restaurants shops within 5 minutes on foot, but away from the late night noise. Free ski bus stop just under 1 minute away on foot with regular buses serving the main ski lift stations in town, and another stop a 2 minute stroll in the other direction that will take you quickly up to the other lifts in the area
