Property Description

Bringing back to life an old farmhouse, this unique re-development has created 8 properties in the heart of old Morzine. Working alongside a local interior designer a luxurious apartment has been created that doesn’t compromise on space or amenities to provide a wonderful holiday experience.

Spread over 2 floors the space comprises:

You enter the apartment via the ground floor private entrance. With plenty of storage for coats and shoes. On this floor you will also find 2 relaxing bedrooms, (one with en-suite bathroom) a family bathroom and an office space.

Bedroom 2 is located to the right. A spacious twin room with 2 single beds (that can be set as a king bed if required), feature wood wall, built in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom – with shower, sink vanity and toilet.

Bedroom 3 is to the left featuring 2 single beds as a twin room (that can be set as a king bed if required). Stylishly furnished with feature wood wall, cozy beds and chest of draws.

The bathroom is located opposite bedroom 2 with large walk-in shower, vanity sink unit and toilet.

Next to bedroom 3 is the office with desk and chair and large sofa that can be used as a second relaxing lounge or quiet space. The sofa in this room is also a sofabed therefore converting the room into a 4th bedroom.

Taking the stairs to the top floor you enter into the split level open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Featuring large french doors the area is flooded with light.

Modern fitted kitchen with built in appliances: oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee machine and well furnished with high quality crockery, glasswear and utensils.

Large dining table to comfortably seat everyone

Take a few steps down to the living area with 2 large comfortable sofas and arm chairs to rest and relax in.

Entertainment is provided via a smart tv. French doors lead to the private terrace with local mountain views and hot tub.


The master bedroom is located off the living area. A spacious room with high ceilings and velux window.

A king size bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower cubicle, sink vanity unit and toilet complete the room.

High quality Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels are provided along with complimentary toiletries.

Additional splash towels for the hot tub are also included for your comfort.
A complimentary mid stay clean is also provided during your booked stay (for booking of 7 days or more)
The property also includes a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Parking for 2 cars in allocated spaces ( 1 covered, 1 uncovered), at the rear of which there is a private lockable storage area for ski equipment featuring boot warmers. This room is also usable in the summer as a secure bike storage area.

Located on a small secluded road in the beautiful old town sector just over the road from the Dranse river, close enough to the town to be amongst the bars, restaurants shops within 5 minutes on foot, but away from the late night noise. Free ski bus stop just under 1 minute away on foot with regular buses serving the main ski lift stations in town, and another stop a 2 minute stroll in the other direction that will take you quickly up to the other lifts of Prodains or Pleney areas.
