Property Description

A bright and well-appointed new build apartment located in a new development in Morzine. Just a short stroll into town, and located meters from the nearest bus stop which is on a main free seasonal bus route, this apartment is perfect for families or small groups of friends looking for a convenient location to enjoy all of the summer and winter activities the town has to offer.

 

Located on the ground floor of the building the apartment has a large hallway with plenty of space for coats and bags. The open plan living space is well zoned with a kitchen, dining area and a comfortably sized lounge which goes directly to the terrace. 

The kitchen area has a full size oven and hob, full sized dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with separate freezer and Nespresso Virtuo coffee machine.

The lounge area has 2 comfortable sofas, a designer arm chair, coffee table and Smart TV, it’s a nice sociable space with a relaxed ambiance.  

Full height patio doors lead to the large private balcony with seating provided to sit back and enjoy the local mountain views.

All of our rentals include bed linen and a towel set per person (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel), beds are made in advance to your requirements *must be specified at the time of booking*

Master bedroom: A large bedroom with sumptuous super king size bed and en-suite bathroom is located just off the living area. A bright room with it’s own door leading to the terrace. It also has a large sliding-door wardrobe with plenty of storage. The en-suite bathroom has a shower with overhead rain shower, a sink with vanity unit and a toilet.

Bedroom 2: is located off the entrance hallway. A twin room with 2 single divan beds. This room also has plenty of storage with a sliding-door wardrobe. There is direct accessfrom the room to the Jack & Jill bathroom that is shared with the bunk room. Please note that this bedroom does have a window and accesses natural light but does not have a view. 

Bunk Room: also located off the entrance hallway, it’s a comfortable bedroom furnished as a “coin-montagne” style bunk room. This means it has a set of custom built single bunk beds and no windows in the room but is well ventilated. The room shares the Jack & Jill bathroom with bedroom 2, via a door directly from the room into the bathroom. The bedroom also benefits from  a large sliding door wardrobe. 

Jack & Jill Bathroom: servicing both bedroom 2 and the coin montagne bunk room, this is a good sized bathroom with walk-in shower with a rain shower head, sink and vanity unit and a toilet. Both doors from the bedrooms into the bathroom are independently lockable.

The apartment also benefits from extra storage in the entrance and a washing machine/dryer hidden in it’s own cupboard.  

Ski Storage: Ski equipment is stored in a dedicated ski locker which is located one floor downstairs

Bike Storage / Cave: Bikes can be stored securely in the cave (cave dimensions: 218cm x 104cm)

Parking: Private allocated parking space in communal garages for 1 car. (max height 195cm)

E-Car Charger: A private e-car charger is fitted at the back of the private garage parking space

Access – The apartment is in a convenient location just a short walk (ten minutes) from Morzine town and just 50 meters from a bus stop serviced by the free  ‘A’ bus route which runs in summer and winter. This means that during your winter or summer holiday you can access all of the main lift stations without needing a car.

Apartment Juno is located on Route des Putheys, in the new development ‘Les Fermes du Planet’.

There is a bus stop just meters away to catch the free navette bus to the Prodains Express 3S ski lift which takes you up into the heart of Avoriaz. The bus stop is serviced by the ‘A’ bus line, and can also be used to access Super Morzine and Pleney lifts. The bus runs during the winter and summer seasons making it easy to ski/bike/explore during your holiday.

You can walk to the bars, restaurants, pharmacy, church and Marie in the lower part of town in 8 minutes and the Pleney & Super Morzine Ski lifts in 20 minutes.
