The Sanctuary is a modern ground floor apartment in a recently renovated building, with easy walking access to Morzine town centre and the Pleney ski lift. In a quiet location at the foot of the Pleney slopes providing ski in / out access when conditions allow.  It is possible to ski back to the apartment building and the slopes can be accessed via a small drag lift just 2 minutes from the building

Thoughtfully decorated and very well equipped, the space centres around the open plan living area consisting of comfortable lounge area, a great size modern fitted kitchen, dining area with a table for up to 5 people. 2 comfortable bedrooms and a large bathroom.

There are two good size bedrooms and a modern fitted bathroom located off the living area. Bedroom 1: King size bed & fitted wardrobes, Bedroom 2: Twin beds ( and extra pull out bed if required) & fitted wardrobes

The open plan living area opens onto the private garden area with mountain views.

Parking: There is a private allocated parking space next to the apartment.

Cave Ski Locker: There is a large cave for equipment storage of skis, snowboards or bikes in summer. There is also outside furniture and a BBQ available for use with summer bookings.

The apartment also benefits from a private entrance.
