Property Description

The Nest is a lovely example of a modern self catered apartment. Offering ski in/ski out snow conditions permitting.  Presented with a bright, clean interior there is an open plan lounge with a large L shaped sofa, TV area, dining area and a modern functional fitted kitchen with integrated appliances. 2 spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom.

It really is an ideal holiday location for a family or small group that want a quiet location with still being both close the town and to the Morzine slopes and lifts.


The apartment building was completely recently renovated and has a modern and stylish feel to it. There is a large cave located on the ground floor for storing your skis and snowboards or your bikes in summer. The cave also benefits from boot warmers. The main entrance door is security locked and can only be accessed with your apartment key that is supplied on arrival.

There is an allocated covered parking space specifically for this apartment so you won’t even have to clear the snow off your car whenever you need to use it!

Ski in / out* conditions permitting. The Nest apartment is situated next to the Atray slope and drag lift which is over to the left of the Pleney lift if you were looking up at it from the town side therefore making it an amazing ski in, ski out property when the snow conditions are good.

The balcony includes outside furniture and stunning panoramic views of Nyon and Avoriaz.

The Nest apartment is situated near the edge of Morzine town centre. It is about a 5 minute walk to get to all the shops, the tourist office, the ski lifts, bars, restaurants, super markets etc.

Plus only a two minute walk from the bus stop, where in the main holiday seasons the busses are completely free making getting around town or even to the Prodains / Avoriaz / Nyon or Ardent ski lift stations even easier.
