Master bedroom: Located to the right of the main hallway is the master bedroom with en-suite.  A well proportioned room with luxurious king size bed and patio doors leading out to it’s own private terrace. The en-suite bathroom is large with a full size bath and handheld shower head, sink with vanity unit and toilet. There is also a Smart TV in the room.

Bedroom 2: Located opposite the master bedroom is a second en-suite bedroom. Comprised of a king size bed with plenty of built in storage and large patio doors leading to the terrace with hot tub. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain head and second shower head,  sink with vanity unit and toilet. This room has a Smart TV. 

Bedroom 3: In-between the master bedroom and the family bathroom is a third bedroom with twin single beds.  Plenty of storage including large sliding door wardrobe. The room also features a wall mounted Smart TV.

Family Bathroom: Directly next to bedroom 3 is a good sized  bathroom with a huge walk-in shower with rain head, second shower head, sink with vanity unit and toilet. 

The apartment also benefits from a very large private storage room (two floors below) with boot dryers, washing machine, tumble dryer and dedicated space to dry clothes and store ski equipment.

Parking: There is 1 allocated private space in the building’s communal garage area which can also store up to 4 bikes. Height restriction of 2m.

Bike storage: Up to 4 bikes can be stored in the private parking spaces in the communal garage. Secure anchor points are fixed into the wall which bikes can be locked to. You will need your own bike locks.
