Property Description
The Den from Mountain Xtra is a modern, cozy self catered apartment in central Morzine. It has a bright, contemporary interior and panoramic mountain views. It is a comfortable size (45 m2) and great location for anyone that wanting to be close the town and the slopes, but away from the noise.
The open plan living area is compact and comfortable, with a modern and functional kitchen area comprising full size oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine
There is also a balcony with outside seating and stunning views of the surrounding mountains and traps the sun.
All of our rentals include bed linen and a towel set per person (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel), beds are made in advance to your requirements *must be specified at the time of booking*
Bedroom 1: A good sized room with integrated storage and a king-size bed.
Bedroom 2: A slightly smaller bedroom also with built-in storage and a king size bed.
Central Bathroom: With a shower, sink and vanity unit. The WC is located opposite this bathroom and has a washing machine in the room.
Cave: There is a large private cave located on the ground floor for storing your ski equipment or your bikes in summer.
Parking: There is an allocated covered parking space for the apartment. Height restricted 2.10m
Ski in / out* conditions permitting. The Den apartment is situated next to the Atray slope and drag lift which is near the Pleney telecabin, therefore making it an amazing ski in, ski out property when the snow conditions are good.

Morzine
The apartment building is located on the edge of the town centre making it only a 5 minute walk to get to all the shops, the tourist office, the ski lifts, bars, restaurants, super markets etc. Plus only a two minute walk from the bus stop, where in the main holiday seasons the buses are completely free making getting around town or even to the Prodains / Avoriaz / Nyon or Ardent ski lift stations even easier.
Great modern apartment with a beautiful view of the Nyon mountain. Very comfy beds, hot water never ran out, the apartment was so warm we had the heating on low & good kitchen facilities. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would definitely recommend!
