Located on the first floor of a new development in Montriond this modern apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
It offers an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. Modern fitted kitchen with full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Dining table to comfortably seat 4 people and large L shape sofa to relax in after a long day on the mountain. Entertainment is provided via Smart TV (with UK and French TV channels)
Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with seating and wonderful local views over the village and towards Mont Chery and Pleney.
All of our rentals include bed linen and a towel set per person (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel), beds are made in advance to your requirements *must be specified at the time of booking*
Bedroom 1: With twin divan beds, large built in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, sink vanity and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed and large built in wardrobe.
Family bathroom: A spacious bathroom centrally located in the apartment, with a large walk-in shower, sink vanity and toilet.
Parking: There is a secure private garage for 1 car or multiple bikes which is located under the apartment building. Height restriction of 2m. This garage also has a standard French mains power plug socket for charging electric bikes etc.
Bike storage: Secure and private as it is provided in the underground garage for the apartment.
Ski locker: A private locker with boot warmers is available and is located on the ground floor near the building entrance.

Montriond, Morzine
Montriond is a charming alpine village located just 5 minutes from Morzine and from Ardent with it’s direct winter/ summer ski bubble link to Lindarets bowl. The village benefits from a local shop and tabac, bar/ restaurant Le Marmotte D’or and 2 further restaurants as well as a tourist information center.
During the winter and summer free bus services link Montriond to Morzine and Ardent.
Its been a perfect base and very well equipped . We’ve had 10 days biking, swimming, tobogganing, feeding the goats, eating croissants and drinking beer. We can’t wait to come back

Lovely relaxed place to stay for the ski season. We had some lovely snow , quite a lot of slush, but a great place to come back to each day. Very well appointed throughout and we’d definitely come back!
