Property Description

At the heart of the apartment you will find a spacious open plan living area with fitted kitchen, lounge dining table and log burning fire.

The well equipped kitchen has a full sized oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and Tassimo coffee machine. There is a large dining table to comfortably sit up to 6 people.

The lounge area centered around the log burning fire is the perfect place to relax after a long day in the mountains, 2 large comfy sofas are perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountains. A sofa bed is available should you need it if your group is 5 or 6 people.

The lounge opens onto a lovely large private terrace (40m2), with mountain and sunset views.

All of our rentals include bed linen and a towel set per person (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel), beds are made in advance to your requirements *must be specified at the time of booking*

Master Bedroom: A large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink with vanity unit. This room can be set up as 2 twin beds or a double Super-king, it also has built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 2: A good sized bedroom also with integrated storage which can be set up as 2 twin beds or a double Super-king.

Family bathroom: Spacious bathroom comprising of a bath with a shower head, a sink with storage underneath and a WC.

WC: There is a second seperate WC opposite the family bathroom.

Laundry space: In the hallway there is a dedicated laundry cupboard with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Parking: There is Private Underground Parking for 1 car.

A BBQ is available for use in summer.

There is a ski locker/ cave for secure ski and snowboard storage or bikes in summer.
