from the North London School of Sports Massage. She has gained extensive knowledge treating
soft tissue tensions, strains and injuries throughout her 15 years of working alongside

Physiotherapists in both clinical and gym settings.

Justina offers a bespoke massage service, specific to your needs in the comfort of your chalet or home.

Deep Tissue Massage

Massage with a purpose. Tailored to your requirements with the sole purpose of lowering discomfort and tension using a variety of massage techniques.

Pregnancy Massage

A more gentle massage to relax, aid and address the physical discomforts that come with
pregnancy. You will be positioned safely on your side using bolsters and pillows for comfort allowing you to relax and enjoy.
