Les Gets 18 holes
The Les Gets golf course is an 18 hole course opened in 1995, half hidden from the road, about 15 minutes drive up from the village, atop the Chavannes ridge. It boasts stunning panorama of the surrounding valleys and mountains and you have a clear view of the Mont Blanc on a clear day. The golf course is immaculately looked after, relatively challenging technically and certainly cannot be called flat, so be prepared to work your legs. You will find few courses that are quite as magnificent as this one and that include both a driving range and a special green set aside for putting practice.
Morzine-Avoriaz 9 holes
The Morzine-Avoriaz golf course is a 9 hole beginner friendly course situated at the entrance of Avoriaz, on the edge of a pine forest and overlooking the Aravis cliffs which are some of the areas most spectacular landscapes. It is a fantastic course, often mentioned as one of the most distinctive in France, for all level of players and increasingly popular with families teaching their children the game. It is often used for friendly golf tournaments organized for charities or special events.
Evian Resort 18 holes
The Evian course is a legendary course known for its stunning views over the Lac Leman, and the Northern Alps. It is known for being one of France’s oldest golf courses dating back to the early 20th century but is currently most famous for hosting the Evian Ladies Championship every year. As a prestigious golf course, playing here isn’t cheap and often busy but certainly one of the top courses in Europe to play on.
