Apartment Avenir is in a stylish new building which is just a short walk away from Morzine’s town centre and main ski lifts. The apartment is also close to the super market and the medical centre.
It has one bedroom with additional bunk beds therefore providing sleeping arrangements for up to 4 people, it’s sleek and offers convenience and relaxing comfort for a winter or summer holiday.
With attention paid to all the details to create a well-equipped holiday retreat the accommodation comprises of a good sized, open-plan living space. A brand new kitchen with full size oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
There is a dining table with four chairs and the lounge area has wall mounted TV, a three seat sofa and a two seat sofa.
The large balcony boasts amazing mountain views and is equipped with outside furniture.
All of our rentals include bed linen and a towel set per person (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel), beds are made in advance to your requirements *must be specified at the time of booking*
Master bedroom: can be set up as a super-king or twin single beds. It has a large bright window with stunning mountain views, there is a wall mounted TV.
Bunk beds: are situated just outside of the master bedroom, tucked away next to the bathroom, the beds are suitable for adults or children.
Bathroom: offers a large shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC.
Parking: space for 1 car is available in an allocated space in the communal garage. Height restriction 2m.
There is also a ski locker and separate cave for larger equipment / luggage storage.
Bike storage is provided by a communal bike storage room for the building.

Morzine
Located on Route de la Plagne walking distance from Morzine town centre, and the shops & lifts. Also very close to a super market, the medical centre and the bus stop for the navette service that runs free of charge in the main holiday seasons.
A very well appointed, clean apartment. Handy for the ski lifts – 10 minute walk or the free bus stops outside.
