Morzine Snow Report

The weather and snow fall over the past week has caused mayhem in the Alps. No more so than in Morzine where we have seen over 60cm fall! However, with Geneva airport not particularly being affected by the snow and only an hour up to Les Gets and Morzine, we had all our guests up in resorts with minimal disruption.

We had reports that the usual 3 hour drive from Geneva Airport to Val D’Isere had taken some people over 11 hours! No thank-you! We’ll stick to Morzine…

The best part is that the forecast looks great for the coming week. Reports suggest that we will have a clear and sunny week, albeit with some low temperatures, and more snow will hit resort this weekend!

January is shaping up to be a great time to ski, with low air fares, cheap accommodation, quieter slopes and now with more snow on the way.
