There is a private garage with it’s own locked door and this is found in the underground parking area.

Parking height is 2M.

In front of the building go down the ramp and open the main parking door using the remote control, turn left and then right, drive towards the end and the private garage is found on the right hand side and has a Mountain Xtra sign.

On check-in day we suggest you park in front of the building and locate the apartment then find the remote control and keys that are usually left on the dining room table, you can then access the underground using the remote control and park up in the garage.

To find the parking from the apartment, take the lift to floor minus 1, and go through the doors, turn right and right again.

Please leave the remote on the dining room table when you check out.

There are 2 private lockers available both with boot warmers inside, they are marked 02X and 02Y and the keys to open them are on the same set as the garage remote which should be on the dining room table.

The ski locker room is in the same corridor as the apartment, behind the grey door.

The private garage is the secure location for bikes, from the front of the building go down the ramp and open the main parking door using the remote control, turn left and then right, go towards the end and the private garage is found on the right hand side and has a Mountain Xtra sign.

The remote control and keys are found on the dining room table. Please leave them on the dining room table when you check out.

On leaving the building go down the drive to the main street and turn left, walk about 100m towards the roundabout, the bins are located on the left of the roundabout – There are three types of bin:

general waste
glass
cartons, plastic, paper + cans.

On departure: un-opened food / drink may be left for the cleaners. Oils, salt & pepper may be left for the next guests.

Please note: everything else must be disposed of. Any other rubbish / recycling left in the property on departure may result in additional charges / partial loss of security deposit.

The bedrooms have independent controls on the radiators, there is also a main heating control on the living room wall for the communal areas.

To use the communal control: Flip up the facing of the control unit to reveal buttons. The middle arrow will switch between Auto and Manual, the arrow on the right will turn the heating on and off, and the left arrow will access the programme menu.

The temperature shown in the middle of the display is the current temp in the room, the temperature that has been selected to heat to is the smaller number above it, if you see the flame symbol this means the heating is on and will auto stop on reaching the number on top.

The radiator dials are best at around number 3 for comfort.

Full length towel radiators are in each bathroom, they have a simple dial to turn to adjust the temperature up and down.

Do not put clothes, gloves or anything other than towels on the units as they can damage the finish.

Hot water is provided from a central boiler in the building.

If all showers are being used at the same time or long showers are taken and hot water is used up then you may have to wait 30 minutes for the tanks to reheat.

To turn the mains power back on, find the electricity cupboard next to the apartment entrance door. Push the large grey switch up to the I position and not the 0 position. this is on the box next to the green box at the bottom.

Then check that every RCD is up, they are the individual fuses on the left of every row of other fuses. Then check all other fuses are up.

Power cuts are common in French mountain properties and the power input into every property is limited.

Sometimes the power may blow if you are using too many electrical items at the same time such as; kettle, oven, hob, hot tub, towel rails, washing machines, tumble dryer etc. If this happens in particular when cooking, try switching off some of these units until you have finished cooking.

If you have pressed the main trip switch back on but still have no power then, find out if your neighbours have power or not before contacting the in resort WhatsApp / SMS number.

Fill the water tank at the rear of the machine, press the cup button to turn the machine on. Lift the lever on the top and drop in a coffee pod with the foil facing towards you, place a cup under the spout and wait for the flashing lights to stop. Once the machine is ready press the small cup icon for an espresso sized cup or the larger cup icon for a longer coffee.

The hob is an induction and therefore needs the pan to be on the heating zone before pressing the controls.

Once the pan is in position press the power button, then press on the icon that is a square with a P that corresponds to the ring that the pan is on. The hob will start in Power mode, meaning a very fast warm up, ideal to boil water. You can press the up and down arrows to change the temperature for slower cooking.

Turn off when not in use, remember the heating zones will still be hot for a while.

Press the power button first to turn the display on, this is the circle icon on the top left of the central dial.

Turn this dial to choose the cooking mode. Press OK.

Then turn the dial to select the temperature. Press OK.

Turn the dial again to select how many minutes you wish to cook for, Press OK.

Turn the dial a final time to select a depart time if you wish to delay the cooking start time, or once you’ve selected the temperature just keep pressing OK until the oven starts.

Press the << button at any time to return to the previous setting

There is a large full size fridge and freezer in the apartment. The total capacity is 275 litres with the freezer section being 80 litres.

There is a washing machine in the utility room in the apartment. It is advised not to use it if also using the tumble dryer, oven, hob, kettle as in some properties having too many electrical items on at the same time can cause the power to trip.

Turn on the machine by pressing the power button, this is the circle icon at the top right of the display screen.

Select the desired programme then press start, this is the triangle icon to the bottom right of the display screen.

There is a tumble dryer in the utility room in the apartment. It is advised not to use it if also using the washing machine, oven, hob, kettle as in some properties having too many electrical items on at the same time can cause the power to trip.

You will need to remove the lint from the filter and empty the water reservoir after each use.

Available only during the Summer season, there is a gas BBQ in the garden. It must never be moved from it’s location as it must be away from the building and other residents.

Note: To turn on the gas there may also be a small button on the underneath of the gas valve that you need to press in for a few seconds to get the gas flowing. Please turn off the gas at the valve after every use.

Please ensure it is left clean with the utensils and cleaning brushes cleaned and stored away as found.

It is your responsibility to make sure the sliding glass door onto the terrace and all the windows are closed and locked when you are not in the property and at the end of your stay.

No smoking on balconies / terrace.

Please bring in the garden cushions when not in use to avoid weather damage.

Remove any litter from all exterior areas on departure.

There are electric shutters for the sliding doors in the living area and the master bedroom, the switch is on the wall near to them. Press the middle button to activate then the up or down arrow as needed. Pressing the middle button will pause the shutters at any height whilst they are rolling.
