There are two allocated private parking spaces, one is in the covered section next to the main building and the other is above it on top of the covered parking. Access to the roof parking is via the road, turn left and stay left, there are parking signs visible for both spaces.
The EV electric vehicle charger is located in the cave which is located next to the parking space
Check in is from 4pm
On arrival day send a WhatsApp or SMS text message between 4pm to 7pm to the resort number: +33 6 47 39 35 90, include:
1. your name
2. property name
3. estimated time of arrival

Checkout is by 10am

Check out instructions:
1. Wash all plates, pots & pans so they are clean for the next guests + empty the dishwasher.
2. Clean oven + kitchen + (clean BBQ* if appropriate).
3. Remove food, drink, rubbish & recycling – dispose of it at the communal bins.
4. Leave all keys back in the key-box you got them from.
If you booked direct through us then the security deposit (amount stated at point of booking) will be automatically deducted (roughly 24 hours after your check in) as an authorisation hold from the original card you used.
Assuming there are no deductions required then the authorisation hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure.
If you booked through a third party channel such as Airbnb then you will need to consult them regarding their security deposit details.

Located in the parking at the back of the allocated space, keybox with the cave key is next to the cave door. Keybox code TBC on arrival.
There are heated boot warmers located in the ski / boot / bike stroage cave located at the back of the covered parking space. In the winter months they should already be plugged in and turned on. They are then set to automatically come on in the late afternoon, the early evening and again in the morning. If you have any issues please sms or WhatsApp the in resort contact number.
From the Morz’na building go out to the main road, turn left and go past the hotel Le Soly, you’ll see a roundabout with a bus stop and the communal bins are behind the bus stop.
There are three types of bin:
On departure: un-opened food / drink may be left for the cleaners. Oils, salt & pepper may be left for the next guests.
Please note: everything else must be disposed of. Any other rubbish / recycling left in the property on departure may result in additional charges / partial loss of security deposit.
TV Freesat available using the Samsung controller which has a variety of English and French channels. Can sign in to Netflix and other apps with your own credentials – please remember to sign out when you leave.
The central heating system in the house is on a pre set program please do not adjust it. There are individual thermostat dials in each room that you can adjust to change local temperatures through the house.
Towel radiators will come on as per a pre set heating schedule (please do not try to adjust). The boost function can be used for a quick burst – just press the Boost button.
There are two large hot water tanks supplying hot water on demand. However if all four showers are being used at the same time or long showers are taken and hot water is used up then you may have to wait 30 minutes for the tanks to reheat.
To turn the mains power back on, find the electricity cupboard in the downstairs hall.
Press the black button (that is next to the red button) fully in.
Then check that every RCD is up, they are the individual fuses on the left of every row of other fuses.
Then check all other fuses are up.
Power cuts are common in French mountain properties and the power input into every property is limited.
Sometime the power may blow if you are using too many electrical items at the same time such as; kettle, oven, hob, hot tub, towel rails, washing machines, tumble dryer etc.
If this happens in particular when cooking, try switching off towel rails, washing machine, hot tub, etc until you have finished cooking.
If you have pressed the main trip switch back on but still have no power then, find out if your neighbours have power or not before contacting the in resort WhatsApp / SMS number.
Turn on the machine via the power button on the top, add coffee beans to the reservoir at the top of the machine then add water to the tank at the rear. Place a cup under the spout and press the small cup icon for an espresso sized cup or the larger icon for a longer coffee. The spout can be moved up and down for different sized cups. See video for instructions.
Fill the water tank at the rear of the machine, press the cup button to turn the machine on. Lift the lever on the top and drop in a coffee pod with the foil facing towards you, place a cup under the spout and wait for the flashing lights to stop. Once the machine is ready press the small cup icon for an espresso sized cup or the larger cup icon for a longer coffee. See the two videos for instructions on the coffee machine and the attached milk frother.
There is a large full size fridge with a small freezer section at the top. The total capacity is 282 litre with the freezer section being 22 litre.
There is a raclette machine, normally stored in on the shelf at the back of the kitchen worktop. Please ensure it is always fully cleaned.
There is a fondue set, normally stored in the bottom cupboard on the far right of the kitchen. Please ensure it is left clean and all pieces are kept together.
There is a washing machine in the utilty room next to the kitchen. It is advised not to use it if also using the tumble dryer, oven, hob, kettle as in some properties having too many electrical items o at the same time can cause the power to trip.

If you notice any issues with the hot tub at La Morz’na please report them by sms or Whatsapp to the in resort contact number during normal daytime hours.
The BBQ is strictly for summer use only.
It is your responsibility to thoroughly clean the BBQ before departure, if not left clean then a BBQ cleaning fee may be deducted from the deposit.
Note: To turn on the gas there may also be a small button on the underneath of the gas valve that you need to press in for a few seconds to get the gas flowing.
Please turn off the gas at the valve after every use.
To use the pellet burner, press the power button once on the black remote that is mounted on the wall near to the pellet burner. That should turn the remote on, after that press and hold down the same button for two seconds which should start the burner. It will take roughly 4 minutes to run through it’s start up procedure then it will automatically ignite and start heating the room.
To turn it off press & hold down the same power button on the balck remote for two seconds and it should switch off.
The dining table converts into a pool table.
It is your responsibility to make sure the sliding glass doors onto the terrace and all the windows are closed and locked when you are not in the property and at the end of your stay.
No smoking on balconies / terrace.
Remove all cigarette butts from outside the building on departure.

There will be an official form with the amount detailed left on the table in your property.
