There is a private covered space in the communal garage, take the ramp to the right of Building A and use the garage door remote control to open the main door.

On check in day we advise to park in a visitor space out front then find the apartment and collect the parking door remote which is kept in the apartment. Then you can return to the car to park in the interior space.

Parking height restriction is 2M10

To find the parking from the apartment, go back to Building A and take the lift to the 1st floor, there is a door marked “Garages, Caves, Velos” to access the communal garage.

During the ski season all skis/boards and boots must be kept in the private ski locker and not taken through the buildings nor the elevators.

At the main entrance of ‘Building A’ there is a a door marked “Casiers à Skis”, use the apartment key to open this door and find ski locker no. D401, the apartment key will also unlock the ski locker.

The building has a communal bike store on level 1 of Building A, is it found opposite the designated car parking space, you are responsible to securing your bikes in this space and it is forbidden to take them further into the building.

On leaving the building turn left at the main road heading away from Morzine Centre, go 50 metres down the road and the bins are located on the right – There are three types of bin:

general waste
glass
cartons, plastic, paper + cans.

On departure: un-opened food / drink may be left for the cleaners. Oils, salt & pepper may be left for the next guests.

Please note: everything else must be disposed of. Any other rubbish / recycling left in the property on departure may result in additional charges / partial loss of security deposit.

French channels are available on both the living room and bedroom TVs

Pressing the home button on the remote control will always take to the main screen where you can select the TV option or choose a streaming service.

Selecting ‘Live TV’ with the antenna symbol will take you French TV channels, if you wish to see the channel menu as an EPG, select the small icon in the top right corner of the screen that symbolises a list.

You can also sign in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Apple TV, Youtube using your credentials.

Don’t forget to sign out at the end of your stay!

BBC iplayer, ITV X, NowTV, Channel4 are not available outside of the UK

There is a touch screen control unit on the wall by the dining table, this displays the current temperature in the room in the centre of the unit. There is a slider with the desired temperature displayed just above, the temperature can be changed using this slider. The heating isn’t programmed nor on a timer.

In the bedroom and bathroom the radiators can be controlled individually by turning the dial on the unit, setting number 3 is usually the most comfortable setting.

Do not put gloves, clothes or anything other than towels on the radiators as such items can stain the white finish.

This is fed from a central boiler in the building that feeds all the apartments. If all showers are being used at the same time or long showers are taken and hot water is used up then you may have to wait 30 minutes for the tanks to reheat.

To turn the mains power back on, find the electricity cupboard which is the door next to the bathroom. Push the large grey switch up to the I position and not the 0 position. This is on the box next to the green box.

Then check that every RCD is up, they are the individual fuses on the left of every row of other fuses. Then check all other fuses are up.

Power cuts are common in French mountain properties and the power input into every property is limited.

Sometimes the power may blow if you are using too many electrical items at the same time such as; kettle, oven, hob, hot tub, towel rails, washing machines, tumble dryer etc. If this happens in particular when cooking, try switching off some of these units until you have finished cooking.

If you have pressed the main trip switch back on but still have no power then, find out if your neighbours have power or not before contacting the in resort WhatsApp / SMS number.

Fill the water tank at the rear of the machine, press the cup button to turn the machine on. Lift the lever on the top and drop in a coffee pod with the foil facing towards you, place a cup under the spout and wait for the flashing lights to stop. Once the machine is ready press the small cup icon for an espresso sized cup or the larger cup icon for a longer coffee.

The hob is an induction and therefore needs the pan to be on the heating zone before pressing the controls.
Using the touch button controls on the hob surface:
Press the power on button. Select the desired heating zone by pressing on the circle icon indicating that zone.
Press on the plus and minus icons to select the heat level, select the heating zone again to confirm that choice.
You can change the temperature between heating zones by selecting the zone, using the plus and minus to change the temperature and selecting the circle icon again to confirm.
You can boost to bring to a boil fast by selecting the zone and then the ‘boost’ icon.

Turn off when not in use, remember the heating zones will still be hot for a while.

There’s 3 dials on the oven; Function select, temperature select and timer select.

There’s an undercounter sized fridge in the apartment with a small freezer compartment. The total capacity is 124 litres with the freezer section being 14 litres.

The fondue set is normally stored on the top self in the utility cupboard. Please also ensure it is left clean and all pieces are kept together after each use.

There is a washing machine with integrated dryer in the kitchen. It is advised not to use it if also using other appliances at the same time, such as the oven, hob, kettle as in some properties having too many electrical items on at the same time can cause the power to trip.

Select the desired programme then press “Depart/Pause” to start the cycle.

There is a communal Sauna “Espace Detente” which is open only during the winter season. It is on the floor below the apartment and opposite the elevator.

It is open 4pm to 8pm.

Please follow all the rules and respect the neighbours and other users, they will close the facility to all guests if there is any abuse of the rules.

It is your responsibility to make sure the sliding glass door onto the terrace and all the windows are closed and locked when you are not in the property and at the end of your stay.

No smoking on balconies / terrace.

Please bring in the garden cushions when not in use to avoid weather damage.

Remove any litter from all exterior areas on departure.

There are electric shutters for the sliding doors in the master bedroom only, the switch is on the wall next to the light switches. Press the middle button to activate then the up or down arrow as needed. Pressing the middle button will pause the shutters at any height whilst they are rolling.
