There is communal parking at the front of the building, take any space available as none are allocated, be aware the spaces are not very wide and do not block the private garages.

The cave for sports equipment and bike storage is located on the floor below the apartment, go down one short flight of stairs and there is a green door marked “Caves”

The key on the apartment set will open this door and there is a timer light switch on the left. Follow the room round to find the private cave marked Apt 7 and a padlock.

The cave also has 2 bike hooks so you can hang them upright and fit them in.

All codes are given on check-in day.

On leaving the building stay left to go towards the Prodains roundabout which is about 350 metres down the road, on the opposite side of the roundabout there is a set of communal bins – There are three types of bin:

general waste
glass
cartons, plastic, paper + cans.

On departure: un-opened food / drink may be left for the cleaners. Oils, salt & pepper may be left for the next guests.

Please note: everything else must be disposed of. Any other rubbish / recycling left in the property on departure may result in additional charges / partial loss of security deposit.

UK channels are available by pressing the “Source” button on the remote and choosing Live TV.

The button on the remote marked “Content” will always take you back to the home screen on the TV where you can find all of the apps and menus again.

You can sign in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Apple TV, Youtube and don’t forget to sign out at the end of your stay!

Each room has an individual electric wall radiator with simple controls. Ensure the unit is on by pressing the black button, the current set temperature should be displayed and it is best to have the sunshine icon chosen on the top of the display screen. Press the black arrow to select the sunshine icon and the white up and down arrows to change the temperature.

A full length towel radiator is in the bathroom, is has a simple control unit to adjust the temperature up and down or boost for an hour if needed. No other settings need to be used.

Do not put clothes, gloves or anything other than towels on the units as they can damage the finish.

Hot water is provided from an independent boiler that feeds this apartment only. There is a large tank which should be plenty for all, however if long showers are taken and the hot water is used up then you may have to wait for the tank to reheat.

To turn the mains power back on, find the electricity cupboard in the apartment hallway. Press the black button (that is next to the red button) fully in.

Then check that every RCD is up, they are the individual fuses on the left of every row of other fuses. Then check all other fuses are up.

Power cuts are common in French mountain properties and the power input into every property is limited.

Sometimes the power may blow if you are using too many electrical items at the same time such as; kettle, oven, hob, hot tub, towel rails, washing machines, tumble dryer etc. If this happens in particular when cooking, try switching off some of these units until you have finished cooking.

If you have pressed the main trip switch back on but still have no power then, find out if your neighbours have power or not before contacting the in resort WhatsApp / SMS number.

Fill the water tank at the rear of the machine, press the cup button to turn the machine on. Lift the lever on the top and drop in a coffee pod with the foil facing towards you, place a cup under the spout and wait for the flashing lights to stop. Once the machine is ready press the small cup icon for an espresso sized cup or the larger cup icon for a longer coffee.

The hob is an induction and therefore needs the pan to be on the heating zone before pressing the controls.
Using the touch button controls on the hob surface:
Press the power on button on the bottom left. Select the temperature of the desired heating zone by pressing on the heat number on the indicated zone.

Turn off when not in use, remember the heating zones will still be hot for a while.

The dial on the left selects the oven function, the dial on the right selects the temperature, push the dial to release it and turn, scroll through the functions that are displayed on the central screen then press the OK icon on the screen to confirm, then move the temperature dial as needed.

Please ensure the oven and trays etc are clean before you leave.

There is a large full size fridge with freezer compartment in the kitchen. The total capacity is 192 litres with the freezer section being 14 litres.

The fondue set is normally stored in the bottom cupboard  of the kitchen. Please ensure it is left clean and all pieces are kept together.

You can buy ‘Alcool à Bruler or gel packs from any supermarket for the fondue burner.

There is a washing machine in a cupboard in the bathroom. It is advised not to use it if also using the oven, hob, kettle etc. As in some properties having too many electrical items on at the same time can cause the power to trip.

Select the desired programme then press “Depart/Pause” to start the cycle.

It is your responsibility to make sure the glass doors onto the balcony and all the windows are closed and locked when you are not in the property and at the end of your stay.

No smoking on balconies / terrace.

Please bring in the patio furniture cushions when not in use to avoid weather damage.

Remove any litter from all exterior areas on departure.

There are none stored at the apartment, therefore reserve any in advance and we can ensure they are available for your stay.

Winter free ski buses

Your nearest bus stop is just a few meters away at the bottom of the apartment complex drive. Just as the drive meets the main road the bus stop is on your right.

Bus stop name = Les Udrezants d’en haut

Bus route = “ligne D’

This route takes you to Super Morzine, town centre, Pleney and runs a circular route.

Tip: For slightly quicker access to Super Morzine you can disembark at “La Passerelle” and walk over the suspension bridge.

To return from Super Morzine catch the bus at bus stop ‘Rond-Point de la Passerelle’ (as you get off the Super Morzine bubble walk straight on ahead to the large round about, the bus stop is ahead outside the ‘Promoteam’ office.)

To access Prodains (to ski Avoriaz) turn left out of the driveway and walk down the hill towards the large roundabout. As you approach the roundabout you will see a wooden bus shelter on the other side of the roundabout, – cross over the road to get to it. You need to catch a bus heading up the road.
