Temporary (Covid-19) booking terms – For new bookings made between May & September 2020 for property reservations with holiday dates in summer 2020.

Flexible bookings. If you need to change your summer 2020 holiday dates due to covid-19 related reasons then we can offer you the option to swap your holiday to alternative available dates in the same property either later this summer 2020 or next summer 2021 or even winter 2020 / 2021 for a period of the same number of days and of the same value. If the dates you wish to swap are of a different value then the difference in price will be due. 

Final payment 2 weeks prior to arrival (instead of 6 weeks)If your holiday start date is between 20/06/20 & 30/09/20 your final payment will be due 2 weeks prior to your arrival date instead of the normal 6 weeks. We will contact you by email to collect final payment. If you cancel your holiday before the 2 week final payment due date up to 90% of the holiday price is refundable. There is a 10% non-refundable fee to cover administrative costs involved in the advertising and processing of reservations, any subsequent cancellations and staffing costs incurred by us. 

Cancelation refunds available. New bookings made made between May & September 2020 for holidays with arrival dates between the 20/06/20 to 30/09/2 are up to 90% refundable if a cancelation is made before 2 weeks in advance of your holiday arrival date. *10% is non-refundable under all circumstances (including any circumstances relating to government imposed resort closure or to covid-19 related travel restrictions). The 10% non-refundable element is a fee to cover administrative costs involved in the advertising and processing of reservations, any subsequent cancellations and staffing costs incurred by us. If a cancelation is made after 2 weeks in advance of your arrival date up to 50% is refundable. If final payment has not been made and you cancel your holiday under 2 weeks prior to your arrival date then you are still liable to pay 50% of total cost due to your holiday. If the resort is closed due to government imposed restrictions prior to your arrival then up to 90% may be refundable, if it is closed during your holiday then unused days may be refundable on a pro rata basis up to a maximum of 50% of the total cost of the holiday. 

It is a term of your booking that you have adequate travel insurance which, amongst other things, provides cover in relation to the non-refundable elements outlined above.
