The most common fear for many is that your chalet or apartment could be mistreated or damaged. What if I still want to use it some weeks each year?

Who is responsible for maintenance?

Ultimately the property owner is responsible for any required maintenance work. We can advise and arrange it for you, we can even pay it for you if you are on a full management arrangement and then later deduct it out of your rental earnings. If there is damage by specific guests and we can prove it then sometimes we can pay for it out of their damage deposits but this is very rare. The majority of the time if there is a problem it is due to general wear and tear.

Can my property earn me revenue in spring, summer & autumn?

Yes it is possible and we can help but by no means is income guaranteed during these off season periods as winter is the main tourist season in a mountain resort. We can help you sell summer holidays to families, mountain bikers, walkers and road bikers but there is a fraction of the tourism and therefore a fraction of the revenue to be earned.
