The Lair apartment from Mountain Xtra is very spacious and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, situated on the edge of Morzine town centre so close to the action yet quietly tucked away.
The open plan lounge is bright contemporary with plenty of sofa space and dining seating for everyone. Separating the kitchen from the main living area is a huge kitchen island which doubles up as a dining table making this a super-sociable space.
A modern and functional kitchen has a full size oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, a filter coffee machine and full size fridge freezer.
All of our rentals include bed linen and a towel set per person (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel), beds are made in advance to your requirements *must be specified at the time of booking*
Bedroom 1: A king-size double with built-in wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: A twin room that can also be set up as a double Super-king size, lots of built-in storage.
Bedroom 3: A king-size double with built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 4: A bunk room with 2 single bunk beds.
Bathroom 1: A large bathroom located to the side of the main living area, with a shower, sink and vanity unit and WC.
Bathroom 2: A smaller bathroom located centrally with a shower, sink and vanity unit and WC.
There is a washing machine in the apartment as we know this is often a must for many families when on holiday.
Cave: There is a good size private cave located on the ground floor for storing your skis and snowboards or bikes in summer.
Parking: Two private allocated parking spaces are available with this apartment in the main building car park, one of which is covered.
Ski in/ski out*conditions permitting. This apartment is located to the left of the Pleney next to the Atray slope and drag lift. When conditions permit it is possible to ski back to within 50 meters of the building, or to catch the drag lift and traverse over to the Pleney lift.

This Morzine apartment next to the Atray piste / ski lift on the Pleney side of Morzine. It is perfectly located on the edge of the town centre making it only a 5 minute walk to get to all the shops, tourist office, ski lifts, bars, restaurants, super markets etc. Plus only a two minute walk from the free bus stop making getting around town or even to the Prodains / Avoriaz / Nyon or Ardents ski-lift stations even easier.
The layout of the apartment was perfect for two families, 4 adults, 4 kids. Great communication and easy check in and out. The location was great for ski lessons at The Pleney and very easy to get to Avoriaz too via bus or Super Morzine. Lots of fab restaurants for everyone’s tastes. 5-10min walk to,...
