Property Description
The Choucas apartment is located in a small building of 14 apartments. Located on the third floor (the building has an elevator), the apartment benefits from a sunny exposure and a magnificent view of Pointe de Nyon.
The accommodation offers space, comfort and convenience for groups of friends or families. It consists of an open kitchen, living room and dining room.
A sliding door gives access to the terrace which overlooks the ski slopes and offers magnificent views. The living room, which is built around a wood-burning fireplace, has comfortable sofas and armchairs for relaxing.
The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with a breakfast bar, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine filter coffee. The large dining table can accommodate up to 10 people.
Next to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The entrance hall is large and has a bench, a place for shoes and plenty of hooks for storing coats.
All our rentals include bed linen and a set of towels per person (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel). Beds are made in advance according to your needs *must be specified at time of booking*.
Master Bedroom: Accessed from the living space with double doors leading out onto the terrace and facing the ski slopes, furniture includes a double bed, two bedside units with lamps, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, leading to an en-suite bathroom Adjoining bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and sink.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom, accessed from the entrance hall, comprising two separate single beds, bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobe with shelves.
Bedroom 3: Family bedroom with en-suite bathroom, accessible from the entrance hall. The furniture includes a double bed, a single bed, a built-in wardrobe with shelves, three bedside tables and a chest of drawers; the adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a sink.
Family Bathroom: A shared bathroom is located in the entrance hall and includes a shower, toilet and sink.
The apartment has a ski locker accessible from the entrance hall of the building.
Parking: The property has a garage which can accommodate one car or serve as storage for bicycles during the summer months, accessible from the front of the building.

Nyon, Morzine
Situated in the Vallee de la Manche, just 50 meters from the Nyon cable car, and 50 meters from the bottom of the ski slopes you can be on the slopes within 10 minutes or back in the warm within 5 minutes. Morzine is accessed easily on foot within 15 minutes or by car in 2 minutes.
Very comfortable apartment and spacious, good stay in the sunshine!

This is a fantastic apartment for families. My wife, son (4yrs old) and daughter (1yr old) spent a week. It’s really well laid out with full amenities throughout. In addition, the proximity to the Nyon chair lift is a big advantage. We also walked into Morzine a number of times, taking the beautiful scenic route...
