Les fromages sont l&rsquo;un des aliments les plus connus des Alpes fran\u00e7aises. Quand vous \u00eates fatigu\u00e9 et froid apr\u00e8s une journ\u00e9e sur les pistes, rien de mieux que de vous installer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d&rsquo;un feu chaud pour manger suffisamment de fromage fondu pour \u00eatre ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 votre chalet en barquette! Il existe un certain nombre de fromages diff\u00e9rents et de plats \u00e0 base de fromage \u00e0 essayer pendant votre s\u00e9jour.<\/p>\n<p>La fondue est le plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre de tous les plats alpins. Il existe diff\u00e9rents types de fondue utilisant diff\u00e9rents fromages, mais le principe de base est le m\u00eame: une casserole commun est plac\u00e9 au milieu de la table avec un m\u00e9lange de fromages, combin\u00e9 avec du vin blanc et de l\u2019alcool, fondu sur une lampe. Les fromages varient selon les r\u00e9gions. Ensuite il vous faut des fourchettes longues et minces sp\u00e9ciales pour tremper le pain dans le fromage. Attention \u00e0 ne pas faire tomber le pain dans la fondue! Il existe plusieurs sanctions si vous perdez le pain dans la casserole, comme acheter la prochaine tourn\u00e9e de boissons, chanter une chanson \u00e0 la table ou courir nu dans la neige. Pour de nombreux vacanciers, aucun s\u00e9jour au ski n&rsquo;est complet sans une fondue.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre favori parmi les vacanciers est la raclette. La raclette est fabriqu\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un fromage du m\u00eame nom. Il s&rsquo;agit soit d&rsquo;utiliser une lampe pour faire fondre une demi-meule de fromage, ou sinon de faire fondre des tranches individuelles. Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement servi avec des pommes de terre bouillies, de la salade et une planche de charcuterie. La premi\u00e8re r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la raclette remonte \u00e0 1291. Lors de l&rsquo;utilisation de la demi-roue sous la m\u00e9thode de la lampe, une personne sur la table est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement charg\u00e9e de gratter le fromage pour les autres convives. C&rsquo;est une responsabilit\u00e9 importante et \u00e0 ne pas prendre \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re!<\/p>\n<p>Tartiflette: Contrairement aux deux autres plats mentionn\u00e9s, la Tartiflette n&rsquo;est pas exactement un plat traditionnel. Bien qu&rsquo;il soit bas\u00e9 sur la tradition alpine, le plat moderne a \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9 pour vendre plus de fromage dans les ann\u00e9es 1980. C&rsquo;est un m\u00e9lange de pommes de terre tranch\u00e9es, d&rsquo;oignons, de lardons et de reblochon. Bien que le plat ne soit pas \u00e0 100% traditionnel, le fromage l&rsquo;est certainement. Le nom \u00abReblochon\u00bb vient d&rsquo;un ancien mot fran\u00e7ais signifiant \u00abtraire \u00e0 nouveau\u00bb. En effet, les agriculteurs locaux attendaient que leur lait de la journ\u00e9e soit pes\u00e9 et tax\u00e9 avant de revenir la nuit pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le reste du lait des vaches afin de fabriquer le fromage. Contrairement aux deux autres plats, il est servi en une seule portion, donc s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a personne d&rsquo;autre \u00e0 table qui veut du fromage, c&rsquo;est une bonne option.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sont les trois plats de fromage alpin les plus populaires que l&rsquo;on trouve dans les restaurants locaux. Il existe de nombreuses variantes \u00e0 essayer &#8211; une chevreflette \u00e0 base de fromage de ch\u00e8vre ou une tartiflette au saumon par exemple, mais pour les nouveaux arrivants, cela devrait \u00eatre un bon point de d\u00e9part.
